  • Same-day move-ins shall not be honored after 10 am Arizona Time.
  • Guests must provide identity authentication via AutoHost operating for GoodNight Stay (name, address, phone number, and photo ID verification). If not provided within 48 hours of booking, GoodNight Stay may cancel the booking without penalty.

Property Access

  • The property has a one-car garage accessible to guests; it is the closest garage to the house.
  • The fourth bedroom is located in a separate guest casita.

Parking Information

  • Parking is available in the driveway for up to four cars. Street parking is not allowed.

  • Optional pool and spa heat is $125/night and available for the full duration of your stay. Two days' notice from check-in required to add this amenity.
  • Air Mattress: $50 each (maximum 2 per unit)
  • Pack & Play and Highchair: One complimentary set is available. Additional equipment may be available for rent through a partner service; please inquire for details. Note: Additional baby equipment is an add-on and not included in your reservation.
